Age Line offers respectful and courteous
adult day care, escorted transportation, home health, and
homemaker services to the handicapped and elderly in the Cleveland,
Ohio area. These services allow our clients to remain independent,
socially active, and perhaps most important, to remain in
their own homes where they can live as they desire.
When it comes to adult daycare and in-home care, Age Line
recognizes that different individuals require different levels
of assistance, so we work with each client to tailor a program
specifically designed to meet their needs. We at Age Line
believe that it is everyone's right--regardless of age or
handicaps--to continue to live life with dignity and a sense
of self-determination. Age Line's home health aides create
a secure and tranquil atmosphere in each client's home. Age
Line also offers educational programs, entertainment, social
interaction, as well as physical strengthening and memory
stimulation in our Adult Activity Center, which is housed
in a beautifully restored Victorian home on the west side
of Cleveland.
Age Line is insured and bonded, and each Age Line provider
undergoes a thorough background investigation. Age Line is also certified by the Ohio Department of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities and the Cuyahoga County Board of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities to provide non-medical transportation and homemaking/personal care under the Level 1 & IO (Individual Options Wavier Program).
